USA Orders / Payment & Shipping Monsoon Media proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for all USA product purchases. Debit and check cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted (please be aware that debit and/or check cards which require a PIN number will not work with our system). We also accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks and certified checks. Sorry, no cash or C.O.D. payments are allowed. All payment amounts received by Monsoon Media shall be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Likewise, all forms of payment must be drawn on U.S. banks. Also, please be aware that in addition to the standard credit card information, we require a 3 or 4 digit (CVV) code number from all credit card users. If your card does not contain a code number, you will be unable to purchase products, as we do not accept payment without it. Locating this code number is easy. Visa and MasterCard users can find this 3-digit code printed in the signature panel on the backside of their card (last 3 digits). AmEx users can find this 4-digit code printed on the front side (above and either on the left or right side of the card number) of their card (look for 4 small digits grouped together). Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Refunds / Returns / Exchanges Refunds for returned products are only possible within 30 days from invoice date. Also, manufacturer defective products may be exchanged within 30 days from invoice date for same product only. If there is a need to return or exchange a product(s) within this time, simply contact the Monsoon Media Sales Department at sales@monsoonmedia.com to obtain your return/exchange authorization information. Product returns or exchanges will not be accepted without this information. Be sure to include the following information in your e-mail (exclusion of any of these details will delay the progress of your return/exchange): 1. Your first & last name. 2. Your mailing address. 3. Your telephone number. 4. Your invoice number. 5. Description of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. 6. Reason you want to return or exchange your product(s). Please note: All Monsoon Media customers will be responsible for any shipping & handling costs incurred for merchandise that they wish to return or exchange.
